Artisan breads

Bella Bru is particularly proud of its artisan breads that are baked daily. Each loaf is a work of art, handcrafted by bakers who have studied the history of bread and mastered the techniques for making it. The fresh breads, rolls and pizza shells are used in the cafes' sandwiches and burgers and are also available by the loaf.
